FOUR TENNESSEE DENTAL MEMBERS DISMISSED BY CHANCERY COURT
This is the response to the action taken against Dr. Stephen R. Cobble after losing his license to provide dental services.
It was a while ago however it is interesting to note that the posting entity does not have a registered company in Tennessee nor can any agency with that name be located.
The fact that the death of a 14 year old girl was not even mentioned here.
The phone number for this organization is not registered to any such company or group.
There does not seem to be any way to check the veracity of these opposing views however the public is supposed to believe that the ENTIRE State's Medical Board are wrong and on a 'witch hunt" becasue of envious competitors.
When is the last time you were at the dentist and was anesthetized in your pubic area?

A Horrible Tragedy !!!
Dr. Stephen R. Cobble DDS (License Revoked)
This is a story about a 14 year old child who lost her life because of a 2 wisdom tooth extraction. According to the official Findings of Fact published by the Tennessee State Department of Health (full details available for free with the Tennessee Department of Heath Office of Investigations (615) 253-2699 ), Dr. Cobble and his staff left the heavily sedated child alone in the room after the two wisdom teeth were extracted without any supervision or connection to any type of Monitoring equipment.
The Office staff worker returned to the room, Tori Bush had no pulse.
For this tragic event, Dr. Cobble lost his License to practice Dentistry and paid some fines.

What is even more surprising is that Tori Bush was administered general anesthesia by Dr. Cobble's office and neither he nor his practice had the requisite permit to administer this type of anesthesia!

What is truly puzzling and amazing is that apparently there has not been any civil or criminal charges against Dr. Cobble to date. WHY?!
